Adv. Halil ŞEKER (Bar Registration Number: 9152)
He was born in Bursa on August 24, 1946. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University. He received his Attorney’s license on April 04, 1974 and registered at Istanbul Bar Association. He has been a lawyer registered with Istanbul Bar Association since April 04, 1974. After having worked for nearly 21 years at various levels under the structure of the formerly named Ministry of Customs and Monopolies where he had first started to work as an officer on January 02, 1967, he resigned in 1987 while he was working as the Customs Revenue Office Manager and started to work as a lawyer. He has been actually providing advocacy services since 1987.
Under the scope of practice of law, his area of specialization include criminal cases related with the crimes and offences like smuggling, forgery of documents, etc. arising from the customs and smuggling legislation. In addition to such cases conducted by him as a criminal lawyer, he also conducts the cases related with customs taxes, equivalent effect taxes, custom house fines, etc. prosecuted as per the Customs Law; and the cases related with the proceedings against the customs officers as per the State Personnel Law No. 657 and the proceedings against the Customs Consultants, Assistant Customs Consultants, and Authorized Customs Brokers as per the Customs Law.

Adv. Aynur GENÇ (Bar Registration Number: 17100)
She was born in Istanbul on September 25, 1967. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul, she graduated from the Faculty of Law, Marmara University in 1989. She has been working as a self-employed lawyer registered with Istanbul Bar Association since 1990. She has provided legal consultancy services mostly for the companies and conducted resolution and follow-up of any kind of business disputes under the scope of Commercial Law, and the disputes arising from the International Carriage Law and Commercial Papers and Foreign Trade operations between the years of 1990-2007; and she has been working in the fields of Foreign Trade and International Carriage Law and Commercial Law together with Adv. Halil ŞEKER including particularly criminal cases of smuggling and the disputes arising from customs taxes since 2007.

Adv. Adnan DENİZ (Bar Registration Number: 26733)
He was born in Tarsus on July 15, 1977. After completing his primary and secondary education in Tarsus, he graduated from Gümüşhane Vocational High School of Justice in 1993 and from Istanbul University, the Faculty of Law in 2000. He worked as a recording clerk at Istanbul 1st High Criminal Court between 1997-2001. He has been working as an attorney at law at Halil Şeker Law Office since 2002

Adv. Ayhan AKSOY (Bar Registration Number: 27423)
He was born in Germany on December 06, 1972. He completed his primary and secondary education in Trabzon between 1979 and 1990. Then, he graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Public Administration Division between 1990-1994. After completing his short-term military service between 1995-1996, he graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law between 1997-2001. He worked as a lawyer under the structure of a transportation and logistics company from December 2002 until the end of 2007. He has been continuing his career at Halil Şeker Law Office since the beginning of 2008. .
